Activities OverviewI recently happened across the term versatilist which, according to wikipedia,
"was first coined in an article from Gartner, where it states: "Versatilists are able to apply a depth of skill to a progressively widening scope of situations and experiences, equally at ease with technical issues as with business strategy." It is to the advantage of an organization to employ versatilists—because an enterprise will be able to easily redeploy this type of employee based on changes in business requirements or strategy. Given my experience (see Opportunity), I think the term versatilist is a fair description of my abilities and what I can "bring to the table" in an executive role. I propose a part Sales/Marketing/Strategy/ and CRO position to lead efforts in the following areas: + Sales: Direct, VAR management, development of new channels + Marketing: + Strategic Planning: including increasing company valuation + Strategic Partnerships: i.e. Software Companies, alternative providers + Service Development and Optimization + Customer Service / Satisfaction /Retention + Culture: employee and customer + Production Knowing of the many changes facing our customers, the marketplace, stiffening competition, and having some familiarity with your company's current position, I can confidently propose that I can be a valuable asset to you and your company. Serving in an executive level role I can increase profits, position the company to compete in the marketplace, and assure the long-term growth and viability of your company. |
