Engagement, Cloud, not clicks....Clicks pay the bills for traditional providers. But the world is changing. The speed and manner in which things are changing for our clients and their customers has "upped the ante" . The not-so-distant future is fraught with peril for companies that rely solely on their historical "core-services" and how those services are sold and maintained. However, for companies that are willing and able to broaden the scope of their services and how they are provided, the future is very bright, indeed.
